The LAAL offers workshop and classes promoting all areas of the fine arts.

Resource Learning Center

With donations from the community, the library facility at the Art Center house over 400+ art related books and research material available to members.  Members can check out books and the library is open to the public for in-house research.

Programs


Artists network with other artists and share their techniques through lectures and demonstrations, September through May, second Tuesdays.


Allows artist-members the opportunity to simultaneously showcase their work in two gallery "spaces" by virtually displaying the exhibition on the website and in the main gallery at the art center.


The overall mission of the writers' guild is to provide a forum of support and information to both aspiring and established writers and poets, to create a circle of assistance to those interested with marketing literary works for publication and to establish a peer network for writing improvements, discussion and critiques.  The Attoyac Writers' Guild meets September though May, third Tuesdays ~ new location announcement for the 2010-2011 year!


A permanent display area on the grounds at the LAAL Art Center was created to provide a venue for sculptors to exhibit their work.  Display applications are available.


The City of Center has granted LAAL artist-members to utilize the lobby space at the Center Municipal Airport as gallery space.  Art at the Airport Application Package available to participate in the program!
