Center, Texas Jan. 30 Nationally renowned Lousiana wildlife artist, photographer and naturalist, Don Edwards, featured during an exclusive one-man art exhibition at the Lakes Area Art League Art Center located at 305 Nacogdoches St., Center, TX beginning Monday, February 18 to Sunday, March 2.
Don Edwards’ work captures intriguing and realistic moments in nature. A long time resident of Keatchi, Louisiana, he has traveled to Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, Wyoming’s Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and Alaska, which have provided him many opportunities to photograph, study and paint wildlife in their natural habitat. His most recent trip to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya, Africa allowed him to witness one of earth’s greatest wildlife spectacles and proved to motivate and inspire the artist’s skills and talents.
